    This is a 24-hour instructor curriculum that stresses avoidance of situations and safety training to avoid potential troubled areas where sexual assault may occur. This course also deals with strategies for dealing with professional and personal sexual harassment issues. The curriculum trains the student in the use of Defensive Tactics for instances where avoidance measures have failed and an assault is imminent.

    AR15 M16 Armorer/Instructor (LE Only)

    Outline and Course Objectives

    Law Enforcement Agencies are now deploying or are in the process of issuing carbine rifles to both Field Supervisors, Field Officers, and Tactical Units. With that comes the need of having qualified Armorers or Rangemasters to service and maintain these weapons on a regular basis, as well as teach officers in the employment and use of these firearms.


    This course covers all M16/AR-15 weapons systems made by all manufacturers.


    Instructor/Armorers will be certified to teach other peace officers in all aspects of the use and care of these weapon systems. This program follows the Manufacturer's guidelines and is taught by FBI and NRA Certified Instructors. Note: It is highly recommended that all students interested in this course already be certified as a Basic LE Firearms Instructor, as well as have received Instructor Development Training. This is because the Instructor portion of this course focuses on teaching the rifle rather than basic markmanship and lesson plan development.

    Armoring Students Need to Bring:


    Unloaded AR15/M16 Rifle (9mm/5.56mm/.223cal) Provided with Prearrangements.

    Students are encouraged to bring their own armoring kit, but not necessary.

    • Unloaded AR15/M16 Rifle with Sling (9mm/5.56mm/.223cal), with at least 3 magazines. (Weapons & Mags Provided with Prearrangements)

    Active Shooter Instructor (LE Only)

    Outline and Course Objectives

    This course is restricted to sworn law enforcement and military personnel only.


    This three day course focuses on those skills necessary for immediate action rapid deployment by Law Enforcement Officers to save lives in situations involving an ongoing, shots fired, or downed officer/citizen rescue. This course specifically deals with responding to active shooters inside buildings, outside and mobile, and response to sniper incidents.


    This information allows Officers to combine immediate resources and manpower to interdict and resolve in progress calls where no other options are readily available. This information is not intended to be used as a SWAT team. It is not intended to be used as a means of resolving any type of critical incident other than an immediate, life threatening crisis. This information develops the necessary teamwork and tactics among Officers that are crucial for success during life threatening situations where delayed deployment could otherwise result in death or serious bodily injury to innocent persons.

    Tactical Sniper/Marksman & Armoring Course (LE Only)

    Outline and Course Objectives

    This course is restricted to sworn law enforcement and military personnel only.


    This course will emphasize fundamentals of Tactical Sniper/Marksman deployment and it will train student/officers in a manner that promotes proper sniper/marksman deployment. The program progresses the student from basics to more advanced information on the application of the sniper tactics and proper employment of tactics taught during the class. This course is taught by a staff with several decades of real world law enforcement and military operational experience.


    This will be a full 5-day course and students will be introduced to a variety of topics, including:


    • Rifle Armoring for the Remington 700/PSS & Savage 110 series type rifles
    • Proper set-up considerations of the bolt action rifle
    • Proper scope set-up and
    • Rifle Selection
    • Ballistics: Internal, External and Terminal
    • Ballistic tables for the .308 caliber rifle
    • Zeroing the rifle
    • Position shooting: Prone W/bipod, Sitting, Kneeling, sling employment and improvised shooting positions.
    • Elevation and windage changes for varying ranges/wind conditions.
    • Range Estimation
    • Proper use of Camouflage
